Qatar Embassy Attestation of Documents

Are you a Nurse? Are you currently on the process of applying for work in Qatar? If yes, one of the requirement is for you to have your documents attested by the Embassy of Qatar.

When we say attestation it is otherwise known as Authentication/Stamping. It is the time the Embassy of Qatar checked and verify your documents for authenticity before they stamped it. The question is, what documents needs to be stamped? Well, it is your authenticated (Red Ribboned) school credentials [Diploma, TOR, RLE, CAV, Certification]. Have it Authenticated first by DFA before sending it for attestation at Qatar Embassy.

Before, you need to go directly to Qatar embassy at Makati for attestation. Now, you just have to send your document thru DHL WWExpress Courrier. Less hassle but quite expensive.

Procedure On Attestation of School Credentials:
  • Have your authenticated school credentials photocopied. 2 sets in an A4 size bond paper. No need to photocopy the front page with the red ribbon.
  • Go to the nearest DHL WWExpress branch near you
  • Just tell the clerk that you will be sending documents to Qatar embassy for attestation
  • Present the photocopy(2 sets A4 size) and the original copy.
  • Just fill up the form. Input the address of your agency and contact number if you have for the return of your stamped documents or if you want your own address will do. I suggest better send it directly to your agency. You don't just save money but you save time as well especially if you are from province.
  • Check carefully what you've written in the form. Verify the correctness of every entry.
  • Lastly, pay the corresponding fees. Service charge will be collected.

You will just have to wait for around 3-7 working days then your stamped documents will be sent back to the address you put into the form.

Your document should have a stamped at the back just like this one at the picture below.
